ABOUT EVE RETURN POLICY

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we do not offer a refund or exchange.

About Eve endeavors and ensures all items are properly and safely packed prior to sending. We will not held liable for any mishandling of the courier service.

Should you need to raise a concern about your item, consumer needs to contact About Eve within the 14 days stated above. In the event a refund/return is agreed upon after About Eve's concurrence, customer needs to ensure proper return process. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. NOTE: About Eve do not process monetary refund, but we provide refund in the form of store credit for the same amount you have spent on an item or in the form of coupon codes. Any discrepancies of amount (either lesser or fewer) will need to be borne by the customer. In the event of a replacement item is less than the store credit, About Eve will not return the difference. In the event of a replacement item is more than the store credit, the customer is required to pay the additional amount of difference.

Several types of goods are exempted from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

* Gift cards

* Downloadable software products

* Some health and personal care items

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Complete the return slip found here and include it in your parcel.

 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Book with obvious signs of use

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a notification via email will be sent to notify that the store credit you've received is available for expense.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: No. 30-2, Jalan Elektron U16/F, Denai Alam,, Shah Alam, 10, 40170, Malaysia.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over RM150, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
