The creamy sweet taste is complemented with the matcha powder tartness, making this smoothie both refreshing and delicious.

Smoothie tips

  • When using ice - Add them last. Putting ice together with your other ingredients can cause you to overblend and thus producing a watery smoothie.

  • When using frozen fruits - You can omit ice entirely. Frozen fruits also pack the same amount of nutrients as fresh ones

  • Can't take dairy or going low-fat? - Use many other dairy alternatives such as soy milk, almond milk, cauliflower cream, coconut yogurt, or cashew cream. These are very good and very tasty dairy alternatives

  • A little extra sweetener - If you feel the smoothie is a little bland, opt for natural sweetener such as organic maple syrup, honey, stevia or dates
